Policies and Information about the DewPointe Ventures Affiliate Program
Minimum Requirements
In order to become a member of the DewPointe Ventures Affiliate Program, you must accept the full Terms & Conditions (available as part of the application) and meet these minimum requirements:
Your site must be live.
Your site must have a privacy policy.
Your site is aesthetically pleasing and a good fit with the DewPointe Ventures Brand.
Other Requirements:
In addition, partner sites of the DewPointe Ventures Affiliate Program are expected to adhere to content restrictions determined by DewPointe Ventures. Sites featuring any of the following content will be deemed unsuitable and preclude you from legibility for the program.
Hateful/ Offensive/ Violent content.
Lewd/ Pornographic content.
Content that may discriminate based on race, color, religion, national origin, sex, marital status or age (provided the applicant has the capacity to contract).
Sites promoting and/ or selling any illegal goods or services.
Aesthetically unpleasant content.
Abusive or irresponsible promotion of Alcohol, Tobacco or Drugs.
Content aimed at children.
Gambling, firearms, games of chance, and lotteries.
Any affiliation with Adware.
Maintenance Requirements
Once you are accepted to join the DewPointe Ventures Affiliate Program, you will be required to adhere to our basic policies regarding content maintenance:
All suggested changes to creative elements (size, color, and/ or graphics) should be approved by DewPointe Ventures prior to being released to the public.
All URLs should be implemented exactly as they are provided by DewPointe Ventures.
Trademarks & Search Word Policy
As part of our actively monitored trademark enforcement, DewPointe Ventures prohibits Affiliate partners from the following practices:
Use of any proprietary names such as DewPointe Ventures, or any variations, or misspellings in the domain names of your sites.
Purchase of or bidding on any proprietary names such as DewPointe Ventures, or any variations or misspellings as keywords in paid search.
Use of any mark, name or domain name of any type confusingly similar to any of the restricted proprietary terms such as DewPointe Ventures.
Restrictions
Affiliates are not allowed to promote the program using unethical means such as chain letters, junk mail, "spamming" or bulk communications of any kind.
Affiliates are independent contractors for all purposes and are not associates, agents or employees of DewPointe Ventures.
Any use of materials and information at the DewPointe Ventures website by affiliates is prohibited unless prior authorization has been obtained.
Customers purchasing at DewPointe Venturesfrom partner's website are for all purposes the customers of DewPointe Ventures.
The Affiliate is at any time entitled to withdraw from participating in the affiliate program. DewPointe Ventures may also at any time request the withdrawal of a partner from participating in the program if the partners continued participation in the program is harmful to the interests of DewPointe Ventures. In such cases DewPointe Venturesshall give written notification by email.
